HOW TO BOOK ONLINE?

Step 1: Select your tours
Once you select your tours on our website please click on ‘Book Tour’ button which will lead you to our booking form.

Step 2: Complete our form
Please fill all required information on our form. Click on ‘Book Now’ button on bottom of the page. If you wish to place another tours, please complete step 1 and 2 separately.

Step 3: Confirm your hotel or To us
Once sending your booking form to us, you will immediately receive our email with details of your booking.
We will then process to check your chosen tours availability and confirm you the tours status within 12 hours.
If your chosen tours is available, we will send you an email with all details of promotion (if any), booking’s details, cost, payment mode and deadlines.
If your chosen tours is NOT available then we will try to suggest other solutions for you to consider.

Step 4: Payment
Once you decide to go ahead with your booking, please submit your payment to us. We currently accept following payment methods:

1, Bank transfer
Contact our sales department for details of  bank account. We recommend you this option for bigger transaction.

2, Western Union
Contact our sales for details of this payment method.

3, Cash
Applied only for customers who are already in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. Great way to cut off bank fees.

4, Cancellation, Refund of Unused services will be charged as follow:
–        30 or more days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount
–        10-29 days prior to departure – 30% of total purchase amount
–        6-9 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount
–        Within 5 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount
–        Day of departure or no-show – 100% of total purchase amount

5, Children discount:
–        Under 03 years: Free of Charge
–        From 04 to 09 years old: 75% of adult’s fare
–        From 10 to 12 years: 100% of adult’s fare.
