DAY 01: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY (L,D)
07:45 – 08:30 Meet your tour guide then go for Ha Long Bay. Have a break 20 minutes en-route to free your legs.
– Embark BaiChay harbor, board Dragon Cruise by a tender. Enjoy a welcome drink, receive cruise briefing.
– Savor lunch on board and visit Sung Sot “amazing” cave with millions of surprising stalactites and stalagmites.
– Stop at SoiSim island one hour for swimming, sun-bathing… Do kayaking among hidden parts.
– Drop anchor in a calm water area, relax on the sundeck at sunset, taste some local wine, fruits.
– Join in a “cooking session” on board with our chef making some special dishes with suggested recipe.
19:00 Have dinner on board. Have fun with karaoke singing, or try your luck with squid-fishing.
Overnight on Dragon Cruise in the middle of Ha Long Bay.
DAY 02: HA LONG BAY (B, L,D)
07:00 Enjoy morning landscapes in Ha Long Bay with tea and coffee served then have breakfast on board.
– Change onto a Day boat cruise going south to wonderful area of Lan Ha Bay for second day activities.
– Kayaking to explore Lan Ha Bay, pass through “Dark and Light” cave. If the weather is nice, you can swim at a wonderful Three Peach beach.
– Relaxing and enjoy lunch on board. Move slowly to other neglected parts of Lan Ha Bay for photo hunting.
– Get back to Ha Long Dragon Cruise. Enjoy second night on board in Ha Long Bay again.
DAY 03: HA LONG – HA NOI (B,L)
07:00 Enjoy a new day with complimentary tea and coffee served. Have breakfast on board
– Visit a Pearl farm, see the real pearl products and understand process of pearl making in Ha Long.
– Check out your cabin. Photograph wonderful views of Ha Long while sailing back to harbor.
– Have lunch on the boat and then leave Dragon Cruise.
– Say goodbye to Ha Long Bay then return to Hanoi. Have a rest en-route again to free your legs.
17:30 Drop you off at your hotel.
DAY 04: HA NOI – DA NANG – SON TRA (B,L,D)
Morning: Have breakfast, pick up from your hotel to Noi Bai airport, take flight from Ha Noi to Da Nang. Pick-up at Danang airport.
Afternoon: have lunch – enjoy Danang local food and check-in hotel. Cross Bridges to visit Son Tra Peninsula (Money Mountain). Go around Son Tra peninsula to see the whole city view, visit Linh Ung Pagoda with the highest lady Budda in Viet Nam(67meters), swim at My Khe beach – one of the most beautiful beaches over the world
Evening: have dinner, take a boat on Han River (not including) to enjoy the beauty of Danang by night, unique architecture of bridges, see Dragon Bridge breathes fire and water every Saturday and Sunday( 9pm). Overnight in Da Nang
DAY 05: DA NANG – BA NA HILLS – HOI AN (B,L,D)
Morning: Breakfast. Visit Non Nuoc stone carving village.
Afternoon:Lunch at restaurant. Continue to visit Ba Na Hills – wellknown as the second Da Lat or Sa Pa in the Central of Viet Nam with the longest telpher (6000 m) in the world.
Evening: move to the ancient town of Hoian. Take a walking tour around the old sections (charming and wonderfully preserved, combining Chinese, Japanese and European influences). Free to explore the “Hoi An ancient night”. Dinner at local restaurant. Back to Da Nang and overnight in Da Nang city.
DAY 06: DA NANG – HUE (B,L,D)
Morning: Breakfast and check-out. Leaving Da Nang for the old capital of Hue, through Hai Van tunnel.
Afternoon: Lunch at restaurant. After that, explore the Imperial Citadel – The grand palace of the last dynasty of Nguyen and Goddess-heavenly pagoda.
Evening: Dinner at restaurant and take a dragon boat trip to enjoying Hue folksong on Perfume river. Accommodation in Hue.
DAY 07: PARADISE CAVE – HUE (B,L,D)
Morning: Breakfast before move to Quang Binh, stop over at La Vang church.
Afternoon: Lunch at local restaurant.Visit “Paradise Cave” discovered by scientists of the British Caving Research Association. Passing by Mooc water spring. With naturally primitive features Thien Duong Cave looks like a landscape painting, making it very attractive to visitors. There are a series of white crystal stalactites resembling glass pillars and many other spectacular formations.
Evening: Dinner and overnight in Hue city.
DAY 08: HUE – HO CHI MINH CITY (B,L)
Morning: Breakfast followed by a visit to Khai Dinh tombs and Tu Hieu pagoda.
Afternoon: Lunch at local restaurant. Leisure time until transfer to Hue Airport (13:00) or Da Nang Airport (16:00-22:00) for departure flight. Take flight from Hue/ Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh city, pick up form the airport your hotel, overnight in HCMC.
DAY 09: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI – HO CHI MINH CITY (B,L)
8:30: We depart from Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon to Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Tour. We stop at a lacquer art factory for the disabled on the way.
We arrive in Cu Chi Tunnels. Then we will watch a propaganda film a wartime propaganda film showing how local guerilla fighters were “American Killing Heroes” (a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed).
We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels in Cu Chi. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers.
Also, you can try to real gun shooting for extra.
At 15.00, we arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and finish Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Tour.
DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY MY THO – BEN TRE – CAN THO (B,L)
8:00Am, travel by shuttle bus to My Tho – 9:45 AM, board a wooden motor boat to Unicorn Island. On this boat along the river’s bank, you’ll be passing through natural creeks and quiet villages and watch rural people going to work. You will see an interesting fishermen’s port,stilt houses. One of the boat’s stops during this trip is at a large orchard that has many different types of tasty tropical fruits for your enjoyments.
Another boat stop is for the Turtle Island 1 hr from the previous one. Here, on a small row boat, you’ll see interesting transportation modes that local people use to move around.
From there, we’ll take you to a bee farm where you have a chance to taste a tasteful cup of authentic honey tea while checking out the folk music that is typical to only the people in Southern Vietnam.
After that we’ll take you to a village where you can smell the flavor of coconut candies being made many yards away. This is a great chance to witness how village people make candy and handcrafted items from coconuts. You might learn that those people can amazingly make dozens of useful products out of coconut trees.
At 3:00 PM we back to the bus, check in hotel in Can Tho around 6:00PM.
DAY 11: CAN THO – CHAU DOC – TRA SU SANCTUARY (B,L)
After breakfast, take a boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then visit the Cai Rang floating market, which are the best in the region.
You will probably have tried Vietnamese vermicelli soup, so now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and talk with the local people. Learn how to cross a “monkey bridge” which is built from a single bamboo. Lunch at the local restaurant .
Proceed to Chau Doc, visit Tra Su , getting to the wild birds Sanctuary , cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest ,watching storks ,cranes and other tropical birds.
Back to the town . Dinner on guests account. Overnight at your proposed hotel in Chau Doc.
DAY 12: CHAU DOC – HO CHI MINH CITY (B,L)
After breakfast, take a rowing boat trip through the floating village and visit the fish farm to see how the Mekong Delta people raise fish from their floating houses. Visit the Cham minority in their traditional weaving village, followed by a local Islamic Mosque.
Back to HCM City, arrive to HCMC around 6:00 pm
DAY 13: HO CHI MINH CITY – SEE OFF
Pick up at your hotel, our dirver will drive you to Tan Son Nhat airport. Finish the tour.
